  Took my Dalmatian Dream to the Groom Room at Pets at Home for her first ever groom and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The staff were absolutely amazing with her and made her feel so comfortable and relaxed. She does have sensitive skin and allergies, but they handled her so gently and were really mindful of that, which I really appreciated. She came out looking and smelling incredible, and you could tell she was happy and well looked after. She had a full wash and her nails trimmed, which she really needed, and they did such a great job. I was a bit nervous as it was her first time, but they handled her perfectly. Definitely a 10/10 service. I’ll be bringing my other dogs in over the next couple of weeks too. Highly recommend ♡ Thankyou

  We took our 9-month-old Chihuahua in for a wash and brush, and had a great experience. The groomer was professional, kind, and handled our nervous but gentle pup with real care. He’d been dealing with some mild skin irritation from his shedding puppy coat, but since the visit, the itching has completely stopped. We’re really pleased with the results and would recommend based on our experience!

  I don’t normally write reviews to complain but I am very unhappy with the service here. I took my dog here back in 2023 and had no issues but this time they have caused my dog skin irritations by what looks like clipper burns. These irritations are around her private areas, causing her to excessively lick herself and drag her bottom along the floor making the problem worse. She is so uncomfortable I thinks trip to the vet is needed! The cut was also very uneven, and I’m not even sure they cut around her muzzle as it looks unfinished. I would avoid at all costs.

  Do not book the doom room I booked my dog Lola in for a groom her appointment was scheduled for 24/2. I paid the required deposit was sent an automated reminder text about the appointment the day before asking that I cancel if I was no longer able to attend- turned up the next day with Lola only to be met by a closed salon- 3 days later I have not received a call, a text or anything remotely resembling a simple apology or explanation for the inconvenience caused. I’ve just spoken to someone in the store who says all the groomers are away at the moment due to family problems- my deepest sympathies and condolences to them all- please return my deposit and when you get a chance can your business start operating with some professionalism and basic curtesy?
